Swearing is good news

Pulled this off another 'insightful' Facebook group/page/whichever, one of which again I have no idea why I'm in. Aside from the grammar ('trustworthy', thank you very much!), I suppose in some ways this makes sense since in many ways we link these swear words to emotions and allowing it out is much better than bottling it inside.

Swearing a lot means you're more honest and truthworthy

However, of course the opposite can also be true of these 'bad' words. Someone who swears a lot can be considered crass, vulgar and 'lower class'/uneducated. As my parents like to say, 'only bad people swear'.

Which makes me the bad person in the house, naturally.
